The course will end with ways to strengthen Grit as a competency that differentiates exceptional performers from good performers, which impacts business results.

  • How Long Does it take to Complete this Course?

    The course duration is approximately 2 hours. and is broken up into forty short lessons (eight chapters) that include both video and written content. In addition to the course materials, you have the opportunity to complete reflection / homework questions in between each chapter that you can do with your accountability partner, along with watching a few TED Talk videos by experts.

  • Does this Course Provide Certification or Continuing Education Credits?

    Not really. If you want a certificate upon completion, I'm glad to provide one. To be clear, the Optimism, Resilience, and Grit course is intended as a personal learning tool for you, and we don't have an arrangement with entities that require certification or credits. This is an investment in your personal growth.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the instant delivery of the course content, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions about the course, please reach out to get your questions answered before you decide to sign up for the class.

  • How is this course taught?

    Through videos, reflection assignments, and TED Talks, we will explore ways to strengthen and develop the competencies of success - Optimism, Resilience, and Grit.

  • What if I get busy for a while and can't finish the course quickly?

    Not a problem, as you have a 365 day membership to the course, so you can return to it when you may be less busy. The course is not designed to be completed in one sitting, and instead builds in reflection time and exercises to complete in between the chapters.

  • How Long Will I Have Access to the Course?

    After enrolling in the course, you will have unlimited access to the course for 365 days. You can come back and watch the videos or review the content whenever you want during this year!
